Real Estate Photography

We accept a limited number of regular priority relationships with local Mackay Real Estate agents. In addition we are available to work as backup photographers for local real estate agents who already have a main or internal photographer working with them. 

If you are interested to talking to us about this possibility we will organise to meet so we can ensure we are both happy that we are a good fit to work together and that our styles and approach to property presentation works well. 

As a regular priority real estate agent you will: 
– Ensure we are given first option for as many jobs as possible (depending on the size of your agency this may mean we are your main photographer or just one of your main photographers. 
– Ensure we are booked for at least 45 photography (and/or videography) jobs a year (average of just under one a week with allowance for one month downtime over Christmas). 
– Work closely with us to ensure we are kept up to date with your style goals, work fluctuations and other relevant factors. 

In exchange we will: 
– Prioritise your photography and videography jobs to ensure a quick turnaround time and limited unavailability. 
– Discount our regular fees after the first 3 months of being paid on time for an average of one job a week. (13 jobs within a 3 month period). Discount will cease and fees will revert to standard rates if no work is available for 6 weeks in a row, or if less than 7 jobs are available over a period of 13 weeks (excluding 10 December through to 10 January as Christmas downtime), or if the minimum of 45 jobs in a year is not met. Discretion to continue the discount will apply for anomolous situations provided communication is maintained, and after an ongoing working relationship of at least 12 months has been established. 

Priority will also be given as a backup photographer when a regular working relationship is established over six months. 

Other than our dedicated local agents, our most common jobs come from agencies, developers, planners, and corporations located outside the Mackay region, who are looking for a Mackay local photogapher. 

The main advantage of hiring a photographer who is local to Mackay is the ability to work around the local weather. If you fly someone up you may only have one day to get the job done. This can make great external photography a real hit or miss. We will pencil in a date and adapt to the weather to ensure the best possible outcome within the required timeframe. When we live in a region that experiences extreme weather, this flexibility is inavaluable.
